Dear Ask The Doctor: What is the strongest benzodiazipine? Dear David: There is nothing classfying benzodiazepines as strong or weak. They are classified based on their duration of action ie short or long acting benzodiazepines. The long acting ones include lorazepam, alprazolam , oxaxepam etc. I hope this helps |
