Dear Sherry: Thought I have found no study that cautions the use of Arimidex and Phentermine, I would advise against take Phentermine when on Arimidex.

Phentermin is an appetite supressant used to reduce weight in obese patients. It has been found that patients on Arimidex (Anastrozole) are more likely to suffer from a fracture. Appetite suppression leading to decreased dietary calcium due to Phentermine may further increase the chances of fractures.
