Skin allergie to material, clothing

Dear Ask The Doctor: I have a problem wearing clothes, soon as i wear clothes for a while the skin gets itchie then gets sore and if i don't do something it will start to bleed. i have changes the cleaning detergents to see if that worked but no. have had this for sevral years and i have tried wearing diferent clothes and materails i have even worn a knee lenth cotton dress that has been the best as it has nothing pulling on my wiast but i can.t go out or to work in that. it starts just above the wiast down to just below the knee. i have tryed extra washing and that only lasts for a short while,can you give me any addvice at all that i can try.thank you.
