Itching Vibrations

Dear Ask The Doctor: The case regarding a me. Whenever I go or travel long I get constant itching vibrations in my Back, chest and legs to hand. It happens for few minutes. I know it is nothing to do with Skin disease because it happens some times internally of the skin. slight trembling as well. Try to scratch my skin but nothing stops it. It happens for 5 minutes and then stops automatically. mostly ether at night or travelling.
