How could i get rid of rashes

Dear Ask The Doctor: I started having rashes when i used pond's cream. which i used for 3 years. my skin got irritated. and i have rashes on my cheeks and my forehead and sometimes its swelling and reddish. it freaks me out, i already stop using the product, what should i do to heal it?
