Small worms come out with my poop

Dear Ask The Doctor: Hello doctor im 28 years old but i have like a 12 year old body structure and my weight is 42 killos i dont know what causes this but i have found a very tiny small worms come out with my poop and bothering me a lot when they want to come out. incasse if its the problem.thank u for ur help i really apriciate for your kindness
