Rash on set

Dear Ask The Doctor: I started feeling crappy and stood in bed, appetite was nil. I'm 73 female. Started feeling better and appetite is coming back. However, husband noticed a slight rash on left side of back. Next day slight rash omn left breast and under arm toward back. Today the rash is very noticeable.. Rash is raised.
