Shortness of breath

Dear Ask The Doctor: I have a feeling of foreign body sensation in my left neck for the last 2 month. Associated with this is shortness of breath which increases in warm rooms and smoke and is episodic. I also have Post Nasal Drip and palpitations. Cardiology work up showed heart to be normal. Pulmonologist said that the chest is clear and i only have allergic rhinitis. ENT doctor ordered CT Scan Para Nasal Sinuses which showed cyst in right maxillary sinus but the doctor says that symptoms are not due to this. I would like to ask whether my symptoms are due to maxillary sinus cyst or not? Should i go for operation or let it remain as it is? If my symptoms are not due to this problem than what might be causing these symptoms? Pulse Oximetry showed oxygen saturation of 95% and heart rate of 122 bpm. Hemoglobin, ESR, Thyroid Profile is normal. Ultrasound neck shows bilateral enlarged sub mandibular and cervical lymph nodes which are not palpable (largest cervical node is 1.1 cm)
