Dear Ask The Doctor: My 4 year old son has several little bumps on his face. The first on started on his forehead, and now are mostly under his chin. They have been there for months. They look like pimpels, however they do not pop. He has one on his chest and 4 under his chin. I was just wondering if a 4 year old child can get acne and if that is what you think it may be.
