Symptom check please

Dear Ask The Doctor: Hello, i have several symptoms i dont know if they are all connected. a few months ago a had cystitis, it eventully went away but since then i have had very dark and cloudy urine it has avery strong horrible smell, i have occasional abdominal pain, and it somtimes hurts during sex. I also have recently had headaches almost every day,im very tierd all the time i also get very dizzy at times. Iv had an increase in appertite and have gained more weight than usual, do you know what i could possible have?
