Dear Ask The Doctor: Im 12 and i think i have a lump onmy left testicle, and i just found out today, what should i do now, am i safe. Cause sometimes it hurts. Dear Tayyab: Better have it seen by a doctor in person to be sure it is not something serious. It could be a number of things e.g. hydrocele, epididymal cyst, etc. Sometimes, physical exam is enough to diagnose benign conditions but ultrasound can also be done to make sure there is no serious underlying condition. You should see a doctor as soon as possible so it can be checked and unwanted circumstances can be avoided. I do hope this helps and take care always. |
