Three balls in bladder

Dear Ask The Doctor: Hi All my age 26 unmarried while bathing today , i come to know there is 3 balls rolling inside by bladder two balls with same size ( along with me from my birth). the third ball is smaller than both and it half inch in size oval shape. that third ball is get connected with the right side ball with some tissues . there is no pain or any side effects. any idea or suggestions what could it be. what are effects it cause on me in upcomming days, i feel little shy to go to doctor
