Bladder Infection - Cystitis

Dear Ask The Doctor: I would like to know if natural methods can cure the infections by themselves.(Cranberry juice, pure water, green tea, etc.) Normally the infection lasts 3 days when I use the natural methods and I take care of myself, I dont have sintoms such as fever, so if I feel better in this time, and the pain goes away and I dont have urgency, does it mean that the infection didnt get to the kidneys and is ok not to take antibiotics?
