Discomfort after holding urine too long.

Dear Ask The Doctor: Hello, About 3 days ago I had to hold my urine for about an hour. Since then l have felt a slight pain in my lower left stomach. The pain occurs when I cough, sneeze, or laugh for example. It also feels like I am bloated. I am not having trouble peeing. I do not have discolored urine and it does not have a strong odor. I also do not have a fever. I appreciate any advice. Thank you.
