Dear Ask The Doctor: Hello ! I am 42 years old and now I am having pain in the muscles near the anus hole while i remove the solid wastes !! and i feel like the hole is blocked by the muscles near by ! Its very very painful ! and its not constipation ! can u help me please ? :( Dear Ahmed: Pain in the anal region could be caused due to i) fissure ii) hemorrhoids iii) folliculitis (inflammation of the hair follicles around the anus) or any abscess in the region. I suggest you get yourself examined by a physician to determine the cause of the pain, the treatment would depend on the cause. |
