Bladder Infection - Cystitis Natural Remedies?

Dear Ask The Doctor: Recently I took the MMR vaccine, (About 7 days ago.) Steroids and antibiotics that can affect the inmune system are prohibited if you take this vaccine. I started with a bladder infection yesterday and the first day was very painful, I have been taking care of my health with cranberry and lots of water, is it always necessary to take the antibiotics to cure the bladder infections, or is it possible to cure with natural remedies? I have been feeling much better and the syntoms are going away.
