Bladder cancer or uti

Dear Ask The Doctor: I am worried about possable bladder cancer i cant pee standing up only small amount when sitting and bowl movement couse i have to push so hard to get that out very urgent when i do have to go with loss of bladder control. started 9 month ago been treated twice for uti. been embaraced about it so didnt see the dr.
