Emotional Abuse Victum

Dear Ask The Doctor: I think my mother emotionalyl abuses me. My dad tells me to try harder and he knows she is depressed. He works 2hours away and we only see him on the weekends now and he isnt here and she is worse. I feel liek I am not good enough for her and my dad wont really stick up for me because he doesnt want her to leave. I need major help i dont want to leave and I dont want to move i just want it fixed fast. I am tired of feeling sick and crying myself to sleep.
