Feeling spaced out and tired eyes for three months

Dear Ask The Doctor: 3 months ago in the middle of forcebully dry heaving i becamed really spaced out, tired heavy eyes and headaches. it has never gone away. iv had blood work, cat scat and spinal tap. noone knows what it is and its ruining my life.
