SSRI withdrawl

Dear Ask The Doctor: SSRI's vs Bio Identical HRT? I recently stopped taking my ssri pristiq at the suggestion of a pharmacist and started using an otc progesterone cream. I am not depressed i just seem to have severe PMS related mood swings. I become very agitated and angry on days 14-28 of my cycle. SO far the progesterone has not done anything. Should I go back on my SSRI
