Thyroid and memory.

Dear Ask The Doctor: I have memory and concentration problems, my mind is often filled with thoughts and I cant remember conversations or certain events after a day or even an hour. I had bad graves disease at 16 and was treated. Although by nature I am a very calm person. Now I am 19 taking a very small amount of hormone replacement from a radio-iodine overshot. My hands still shake and I'm often tired and anxious. I have had a few head injuries as well but no concussions from them. What could my problem be? My symptoms match other things as well. Even early onset parkinson's. I'm not sure if it is thyroid related.
