Dear Ask The Doctor: Sir, my brother 22yrs old, is suffering from mental problem. In Dec 2007, he has an mental attack, his mind has gone in Harry Potter age. he start thinking,he can do anything. Tillnow he is under medication by a local psychiatrist in Bhagalpur, Bihar. He has a lot of changes after medication. His behavier is good. He is fine compare to past. But sometimes still he is thinking very big as compare to his talent.He is always sad.
