Blured Eyesight, Suspecting Kidney Desease Again

Dear Ask The Doctor: I an not sure wether this is my real problem or what it is causing this but i was suspecting my kidneys.. At the moment i am experiancing ,blured eyesight, pimples on my face (wierd), running stomach (after a litle pain, sounds like there is a war on my stomach before i go to the loo and watery stuff gushes out), Diziness when i get up after sitting down and usually happends if i did not eat for an hour or so.. I also seem to have an increased apetite and thirst... I can down a litre of water in a single session ans still want more... About 4 years ago i was diagnosed with a kidney disease but the symptoms were different from the ones i am having now... Please do help as this is affecting my job.. I now have to sit really close up to the computer and i get tired easily...
