Dear Ask The Doctor: My husband and I have very explosive painfull diareaha,we have tried imodiumad,kaopectate, what else can we do,we are in lot of pain,our stomaches are boiling we are hungry but afraid to eat,we cannot sit by a toilet,we drive truck for a living,,please help soon...thanks
