Lump in my thigh for 2 years

Dear Corey: Most lumps on the skin are caused by lipoma or sebaceous cyst. These are benign and will not require any treatment other than for cosmetic purposes. If you feel that the lump is growing in size or that there is inflammation, you may then have to show it to a doctor.
