"scintillating scotoma" Hello, I think

Patient

Q: "scintillating scotoma"
Hello, I think i had one of this arora like visual effect thing for about eight to ten minutes adout two hours ago. I googled and watched a couple of videos. It was certainly strange and really real. I had ridden my bike about two miles and stood around for oh twenty minutes before it occurred. I have had Bells palsy so my smile is aready a bit crooked. My husband said he gotten simular things riding motor cycles but I am a bit worried just the same. My grandmother had a debilitating stroke at age 40. The palsy scared me twenty years ago and so has this visual arora thing, today. All and all i am a healthy, strong, active female, age 49. What worries should i have? Thank you for your time.
