Q: * Non contrast MRI of the left knee using different pulse sequences in multiple planes revealed:
A well defined linear area of abnormal high SI on both T1 and GRE images is seen involving the posterior horn of medial meniscus and not reaching the articular surface...impressive of degenerative changed ( grade II abnormal signal changes)
*Minimal synovial effusion
The other points in the MRI are normal
I just want to know what does this mean, what are the suggested treatment and how will will it take to recover.
