Patient

Q: I am a 13 year old boy with pectus excavatum
The indents about 2 inches deep.

Couple Questions.

Will the indent get bigger with age?
I play sports and get winded more than others is that because of the indent?
What are the treatments?
Does it affect my heart?
Sometimes I get short heart pain is that because of pectus excavatum?
Is there any health concerns?
If I need to see a doctor what is the type I need to see?

Symptoms:  A 5 second burst of heart burn occasionally
Out of breath
Always feel my heartbeat if I feel my chest
