4 year old with strep difficulty taking medication

Patient : My 4 year old son tested positive for strep along with high temp between 103-104. Negative on flu test. Attempting to give Motrin and penicillin but throws it up every time . What should I do?
Symptoms:  Sore throat, decreased appetite, nasal congestion.
Doctor :   Than you for your question. You can try mixing his medication with juice to see if he will be able to tolerate ingesting it in this way. If he continues to vomit after taking it despite your efforts to mask the taste with juice, please take him back to his doctor to determine if he has an intolerance to these medications.
