Patient :A 25 yr old type1 diabetic for 11 yrs on the pump with an average
A1c of 7. One month ago had his only night time low requiring emergency help. All test came back normal. However at times for 2-3 days in a row he need 20% of the normal bolus for meals. The pump is suspect & we are investigating. Should we consider testing for inslinoma?
