A dot on the inside of my cheek

Q: I was wondering what a small reddish brown dot can be on the inside of my cheek. 6 days ago I gave unprotected oral sex to a man. It was only for 2 minutes and he didn't ejaculate or have any time for any fluids to even come out. I do not if he has an std I am just worried. The next day after that I started having a sore throat that night and the day after that a little bit of congestion. Two days after that I noticed a very small dot, the size of the tip of a sharpie on my inner cheek it wasn't raised and it wasn't painful. I scraped at it with my finger because at first i thought it was a piece of food and then it disappeared but I then the next morning noticed another one on my other cheek and by the end of the day it disappeared without me doing anything. The two dots were not painful, raised, and no fluids came out of them. What could this be? I am also a smoker, 19 years old, and suffer from anxiety.

Symptoms:  Sore throat
