A few skin bumps in groin region with no pain

Patient : I have recently noticed about 5 skin bumps in my groin region. At first I thought they were in-grown hairs but now I can tell they aren't. They kind look like skin tag but I'm concerned it may be an STD. There is no pain or discomfort associated with them and I have been in a monogamous relationship for 6 months. What is it and how do i treat it?
Symptoms:  Visible bumps
