A healthy diet


Q: Hi -
I have been overweight for a long time (between 200-210 and I am about 5'7''). A few days ago I decided I wanted to lose weight very quickly. So I have been eating mostly fruits and vegetables with about two eggs, a little yogurt, and maybe a piece of chicken everyday. I eat all the time so I keep my metabolism working and I drink loads of water. But I've noticed that I've started feeling a little weaker because I have not really been eating any substantial amounts of grains, and I think I started to get a little dark under my eyes. Is what I'm doing healthy, and these symptoms are normal? Or should I change my diet? I really want to lose weight as quickly as possible (for dating reasons) so I want to cut down on the calories and carbohydrates as much as I can.
