A labral or gluteus medius tear in the hip

Q: Every time I walk, sit, or stand my hip aches and gets to the point where it is uncomfortable. X-rays claim to have come back normal but I still believe there is something wrong. It feels like a tear, what could it possibly be?

Symptoms:  Pain in the inside and outside of the hip, pain in the gluteus area, aching, pain while walking, uncomfortable sitting and standing
