A question on bacteria

Patient

Q: My BIO 100 class did a simple double blind experiment to test whether anti-microbial soap kills bacteria better than regular soap. While most students in the class had bacteria that colonized one girls bacteria did not, she mentioned that she works out 4-5 hours a day. I was wondering if being that active was the reason she had no colonies of bacteria like other students, instead having 100's of individual specs. Could you provide an explanation for me please?
