Patient :A vein just popped up above the surface about 4 to 6 inches on the top of my left arm. It seems to be circular where it's the most swollen. No arm swelling, redness or pain. My vein are not visible under normal circumstances. When I touch below the circular area, I can follow it to my hand & it pops up; about 2" below my wrist. When I try upward, it is visible on my forearm, about 4" below my elbow. I'm a 50, female, non-alcoholic liver cirrhosis with past diabetes.
