Patient :A week ago behind my left ear a small i guess bump ... More of a swollen part appeared with no redness or discharge. Generally no pain unless i turn my head hard but to touch it is painful to the point i wince

The lump behind the ear is certainly either ab infected lymph node or a Sebaceous cyst.
The pain on touch indicates so.
I would advise you the following:
First of all get a course of an antibiotic, anti-inflammatory medicines and probiotic.
Do not fiddle or pop.
It may settle well,
Only rarely a surgery may be required.
