A Weight Climb I Can't Explain

Patient

Q: In the past year I have gained approx 15 pounds.

For over 16 years my weight has always been a steady 135. I have 5 children, work full time, recently turned 40 and rarely have any energy.

My husband says its my age... But I am not convinced. It does not seem to matter how little I eat, how much water I drink, how healthy my diet is, or even the amount of walking I do, I keep gaining weight.

I thought it might be my thyroid or some other unknown medical reason, so I went in and had complete blood work done, NOTHING.

Caffine and chocolate make me tired, diet pills don't seem to do a thing, diet drinks, powders or replacement meal bars are a waiste of money and don't work either. I even tried laxatives.

Help me stop the madness.... What am I not doing right???
