Abdominal pain and nausea

Patient

Q: I'm currently experiencing odd pain in my abdominal area, along with other symptoms, and would like to know what the cause is. I am currently menstruating but this does not feel like menstruation pain. I have taken 3 laxative tablets (coloxyl) before bed last night as I suspected this pain was associated with constipation, which has helped a little but the pain is still there. This is my second day experiencing this.

Symptoms:  Sweating after eating (even if its just small quantities of food), nausea after eating, pain on the right side of my hip, general abdominal soreness, fatigue, constipation.
