Abdominal pain in C Section area in fifth month

Patient : I am in the 5th month of pregnancy and getting pain in lower abdomen. To me it seems a mussel cramp or so. It started with right side and it increases if I do some household work with bending, walking, etc. I feel relief when laid down. I also get a some vomiting sensations. This is my second pregnancy and the first one was born with C-Section. I also feel like the C-Section is paining. I have tried hot pack and pain balm so far. Thinking to take paracetamol. Please help!
