Patient :My Ultrasound Report:
My right ovary measures 49x20x25 mm (volume is 12.59 ml) and left ovary measures 37x19x24 mm in size (volume is 8.59 ml) Both ovaries shows multiple small follicles at periphery and central echogenic core.
There is no adnexal mass or collection.
There is no free fluid in pelvis.
My Question - What does the report mean. What is the disease I have?
