Patient :Hello doctor, I had a missed miscarriage ten days ago, it was my first pregnancy. My Gyn gave cytotec to avoid surgery, I miscarried naturally and some sampes has been sent to the lab.
Today I took the results:
Section revealed degenerated chorionic villi with normal size and trophoblastic proliferation together with decidualized endometrial stromal cell reaction.
Picture is C/W retained product of normal conception.

No molar pregnancy
