Patient :About a month or two ago I started having left testicle pains. One day I had an urge to pee but nothing would come out and after trying for a few minutes I discharged. This was the one and only time I have. So immediately I went and saw a doctor who tested for gonorrhea and chlamydia. Results came back negative. Now present day, my left testicle bulges slightly more than the right. The actual testicle feels softer than the right. The tubing leading down into my left testicle is much thicker than that of the other testicle and this is where the pain is occurring. On the bottom of my left testicle, the best way to describe what I feels like is chords but it feels like a fluffy mass. I don't have painful urination. I don't have to urinate often. I don't have any discharge or signs of discharge in and of my trousers/boxers. I don't have pain during sex or ejaculaion. There has been not necessarily a rash on my left side but it looks slightly red/ blotchy with a light shininess to it. There are no other marks or abrasions. What am I experiencing, what do I need to do? Could I have been misdiagnosed for gonorrhea/chlamydia?
