Patient :Okay, so I am a 13 year old girl and I do competitive all star cheerleading. Earlier today I was at my friends party and we were all on the trampoline (way too many kids- it was unsafe). I was being very stupid and tried a front flip immediately connected to a back flip. I did not realize that I was almost at the edge of the trampoline when I went for the backflip, so when I did it, I smashed my right leg on the metal bars & springs. I was laughing at first but now the area on my thigh right above my knee is red, purple, swollen, and extremely painful. Tonight I have cheer practice and it is our second to last practice till our big showcase. I can't walk or bend my leg very well, and I am very scared that this might be serious. What do you think is wrong, and what should I do?
