Aching lungs after albuterol, chronic cough help.

Patient

Q: My lungs ache mildly all day, what could it be? It started shortly after I took one puff of albuterol yesterday because my cough was acting up. I don't think I haver asthma, PFTs were normal (spirometry) and methacholine challenge was negative (only declined a total of 10% per all doses)? What could this be? Ive had a chronic cough for a year now with nasal congestion. Allergy test shows allergic to dust mites, urticaria mold, and grass pollen. Albuterol never helps.

Symptoms:  Cough, nasal congestion, sore lungs
