Acquired Aplastic Anemia?

Q: I have had cancer in the past and I have been diagnosed now with what they call Cowden Syndrome. Over my years of struggles I have always had below normal red counts (3.9), white counts (3.8), platelets (170) and HCT (36.8). My hemoglobin level is now the highest its ever been and that is at 11.9 I am taking a lot of Iron and trying to get a lot of it in my diet. I asked mine and she said your hemoglobin is up. I am tired all of the time and very pale. Do I need to have my blood looked at further?

Symptoms:  Tired, pale, joints ache, cold all of the time.
