Adeno carcinoma of colon

Q: The age of a male patient is 64. Few days back he was diagnosed, Adeno carcinoma of colon.
The microscopic test reveals, ''Sections show colonic mucosa and tumor tissue composed of columnar cells with pleomorphic vesicular nuclei, philosophic ectoplasm arranged in glandular pattern.
What is the treatment for this patient.
Please advice.
