Patient : I am a 32 year old female and I believe i have had adhd my whole life. Ever since i was in first grade i could never pay attention in school and i was a horrible student and i never finished tasks and was very unmotivated. I am in college now and i am a decent student. I still have trouble focusing and getting things done and i am very forgetful and make careless mistakes. Also i am concerned because everyday for some years now no matter how much sleep i get i wake up very disoriented and exhausted and irritable. I also feel pressure in my head often dizzy just feel out of it all the time. The only thing that helps is massive amounts of caffiene, even then a lot of times does not help. I have been to 3 doctors in 2 years and no one has helped. They all say try to refer me elsewhere to someone who just talks. I have no insurance, i feel i do need medication like an adderoll. They say they don't give that out easily. I do not do drugs, i am not looking to abuse it. I just don't want to feel horrible all the time anymore
