You do not need to lose weight, but you need to gain weight. Here are a few things you can do to gain weight:
Eat a healthy balanced diet or Carbs, Proteins and Fat in the ratio 50:40:10
Have a lot of fruits and vegetables daily
Exercise 30 minutes daily
Consume lots of milk to get sufficient calcium
