Here are a few things you c an do to gain weight:Eat a healthy balanced diet or Carbs, Proteins and Fat in the ratio 50:40:10Have a lot of fruits and vegetables dailyExercise 30 minutes dailyConsume lots of milk to get sufficient calciumTry this for a month.
