Advice For Hurting Head And Stumbling To The Left While Walking

Q: My husband woke uup from a knap yesterday and was complaining that the left side of his head hurt and felt funny. When he got up to walk he was stumbling to the left and cant walk a straight line. When we got up this morning he said that he did not have a head ache but is still walking or stumbling to the left. Wha do we need to do. I tried a warm compress on his kneck and side of his head. also tylenol. What now?
